Model validation
5-fold stratified cross-validation with XGBoost. 80% accuracy, 83.9% F1 score. Tested on data the model never saw during training. 15.6pp above random baseline.
Revenue simulation
Counterfactual analysis using Bayesian-smoothed close rates per rep. 679 no-shows identified from salesperson-reported outcomes — not automated tracking.
Conservative assumptions
All percentages use 100% routing (every meeting goes through the system). No-show shielding assumes freed slots are filled from the existing pipeline. No assumptions about pipeline growth.
